General provisions
the tenant (s) may not under any circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises at the end of the period initially provided for in this contract.
Payment
The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has returned a copy of this contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit, representing 30% of the total amount of the stay. The balance of the payment, as well as the payment of the tourist tax, will be made on the day of your arrival by check (French bank) or in cash. Credit cards are not accepted. For the payment of the deposit, the transfer to the manager's bank account is the preferred means of payment.
Security deposit or Surety
On arrival in the furnished apartment, a deposit of € 500 for the Villa and € 300 for the other lodgings by check (French bank) or cash (receipt) will be given to the local correspondent.
On departure from the tenant, it will be returned during the inventory, minus any damage to furnished or immovable property made available, replacement or repair costs. If it is impossible to carry out the inventory of fixtures on the day of departure, the manager reserves the right to keep the deposit for a maximum of 7 days after the departure of the tenant and will be returned by mail or torn (sending MMS photo ).
Likewise, if the furnished apartment is returned in excessively dirty condition, the amount of the cleaning fee applied in the contract may be deducted from the deposit.
Terms of cancelation
Any cancellation must be notified by Mail or letter AR before the entry into use.
The down payments remain with the manager if the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the start of the rental.
Half the amount of the deposit will be refunded if the cancellation takes place less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the start of the rental.
Full refund of the deposit in the event of cancellation at least 60 days before the date of arrival.
Likewise, if the manager cancels the reservation within 30 days of the arrival date, he will have to reimburse double the deposit paid.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in application of article L.221-228-12 of the Consumer Code: the law provides that for contracts of "provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, goods transport services, car rental, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period ”, the consumer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal when contracting at a distance.
Pool
Unsupervised swimming pool, children are the sole responsibility of parents. In the event of an accident, the manager cannot be held liable. Make sure to close the security gate giving access to the swimming pool. Removable safety barriers are available on arrival for villa tenants with children, preventing access to the pool from the terrace. The installation or not of these barriers are the sole responsibility of the tenant (s) of the villa.
The swimming pool is accessible 24 hours a day to residents of the villa throughout the year.
Semi-shared swimming pool: residents of the ti kaz will be able to use it from 9 am to 12 pm then from 3 pm to 6 pm
The swimming pool is reserved for residents only. No outside person should be able to access it without the prior agreement of the manager.
Prices
Current prices indicated do not include the end of stay cleaning fee

If the premises are returned to an excessively dirty condition, a supplement equivalent to the amounts of the cleaning fee may be deducted from the deposit.
The prices indicated are based on a specific number of people.
The price per additional person is set at 15 € / night. The number of people cannot exceed the maximum sleeping capacity of each accommodation.
The change of sheets, towels is possible during the stay for a price of 8 euros.

We offer you:
Linen: sheets, 2 towels per person, tea towel, bath mat
Fully equipped kitchen: Fridge, freezer (except for the ti kaz dé), induction and / or ceramic hobs, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. The villa also has a toaster, traditional oven, dishwasher, washing machine.
Baby equipment on request: cot, booster seat
Unlimited WiFi in each accommodation.
Air conditioning in each connected room from 8 pm to 6 am
Fans available on request
Others
Parties are not allowed. For the well-being of residents, no noisy activity is tolerated after 11 pm Any invitation from people outside the residence is subject to the prior agreement of the manager.
Animals are not allowed except by exceptional agreement and on a case-by-case basis.
Arrivals / Departures
Arrivals take place from 4 pm and departures before 10 am
In order to organize yourself as well as possible for your arrival, we will ask you for the flight number, and to contact us as soon as you leave the airport once you have collected your vehicle.
For the amicable resolution of any dispute, you can contact the mediator.
